I’ve been a provider of back-of-the-book indexes and copyediting since 2012. I have worked with both trade and academic presses, with particular experience in sports and outdoors, how-to, history, sociology, and political science. A librarian for nearly twenty years, I bring flexibility, curiosity, and attention to detail to my work.
When we work together, you can expect
- work that meets professional best practices
- on-time delivery (rush jobs incur an additional 15%)
- attention to detail, including a list of any possible errors I might encounter*
- an understanding of how different types of readers approach a book
*Full copyediting and proofreading services are available for a separate fee
